To Build:

1. Download a copy of the gaggle.jar file to the lib/ directory
2. Download a copy of cytoscape v. 2.4/2.5 
3. Update locations in the build.properties file 
4. Run the ant file in the CyGoose plugin directory
5. Run " ant war " in the cytoscape directory
6. Deploy war file to your webserver
