I am currently a postdoctoral researcher at School of Medicine, UCSD. I have done my doctoral work under the guidance of Prof. Dr. Thomas Lengauer (Computational Biology and Applied Algorithmics group) at Max Planck Institute for Informatics, Germany.

Research Interests

Interdisciplinary research area of computational biology and bioinformatics, Systems biology, Mathematical modelling in disease-associated pathways, Software development (mass spectrometry, metabolomics, proteolytic pathways, PathwayDB and CutDB database), Statistical analysis and method development, Computational methods for Biomarker discovery in disease research(Diabetes and Kidney diseases)
