Hi, this is my personal webpage, its actually a mix between a work and private webpage, it’s currently under construction and probably it always will be.

 

I’m currently holding two positions, since March 2005  at the Department of Bioengineering at the University of California, San Diego, where I’m studying transcriptional regulatory networks, and virus/horst interactive networks, recently I also been awarded with the position of permanent visiting scientist at the Genome Sciences Center of Institute of Chemicals and Physical Research (RIKEN) in Japan to study regulatory networks at genomic scale.

I’m also a member of the Functional Annotation of Mouse Genome International Consortium (FANTOM).
