Class Summary

DegreePreservingRandomizer<NodeType extends Comparable<? super NodeType>,WeightType extends Comparable<? super WeightType>>	This class shuffles the edges in a graph while preserving the degree of each node in the class and only swapping edges with "similar" edge weights.
EdgeWeightShuffle<NodeType extends Comparable<? super NodeType>,WeightType extends Comparable<? super WeightType>>	This class performs a basic Fisher-Yates shuffle of the edge weights.
